As a Service Designer I helped Picadeli create a whole new automated ordering system for store workers.

I was responsible and led the whole design process from UX Research, User interviews, Stakeholder interviews, User Need Analysis, Customer Journeys, Wireframing and Testing, and designing, and testing again, and iterating so forth.
