Business goals affect everything
- The users are always right until the business gets affected negatively.
In order to redesign the kvdpro auction site we had to understand all the business goals related to the customer journey.
It started with mapping up the whole existing customer journey and identifying how the touchpoints affected the business goals and organisational structures

Many parts of the organisation were affected by the thoughts and ideas of the new flow. I needed to make sure that the design met all the needs of every stakeholder.
